For so many years, I’ve been tamed.

I was taught to be obedient, people-pleasing, “nice.” I believed that being a “good girl” would grant me the love, safety, and belonging that is actually my birthright—not something I need to earn.

I was conditioned to believe that if I just kept “working harder,” everything would be alright—even if it meant working myself to the bone.

This “good girl” work ethic isn’t just personal. It’s ancestral.

But here’s what I’ve learned: You don’t have to live tame anymore.

I’ve been blessed in this lifetime with something my foremothers may not have had: the peace and space to truly know myself, trust myself and love myself deeply before choosing to become a mother and a wife. Within my matriarchal line runs a quest for freedom. And when I live a life of love and liberation, I bring my entire lineage forward with me.

And here’s the truth I want you to feel in your bones: Your story matters. Your wild matters.

Sometimes I still get caught up in all the work that needs to get done. I forget that I’m not here to be a workhorse. None of us are. We’re here to live wild and free—whatever that means for each of us.

This year has been one of the best and most challenging of my life. I stepped out into the wild as an entrepreneur, giving birth to Creative Muse Studios —a creative sanctuary built on a radical premise:

Your brand is a portal for your transformation.

Not a logo. Not a strategy. A portal.

This is where I get to do what lights me up: look deeply into the souls of the people I work with and recognize the story they’re here to tell. I help them see that their branding journey is actually a way to celebrate how far they’ve come, to honor their transformation, and to allow their sacred work to finally be seen.

Because your sacred work deserves to be witnessed. And the world is waiting for what only you can offer.

I built this studio to discover my own voice, to make my own music, to sing my song. And in doing so, I’ve created a haven where my team and clients can do the same—where we nurture creative expression, discover more of ourselves, and bring beauty and power to the forefront.

Here’s what living wild and free actually looks like:

In the last month, I’ve tripled my business. Aligned clients—people doing sacred, purposeful work in the world—are flowing through. My team is humming with that rare energy that only comes when everyone is working in their zone of genius, building something that matters.

This isn’t about hustle. It’s about alignment. It’s about designing a life worth living on your own terms.

I’m eternally grateful for all the healing and inner work I’ve done over the last 15 years—and to my ancestors, teachers, and guides who ensured a future for me.

I am my ancestors’ wildest dreams.

And so are you.
