Most of my clients say the same thing:
“I want more visibility… but I hate social media.”
And honestly? Same.
Social media can feel self-promotional, noisy, and like a place where we accidentally lose ourselves trying to “show up.”
But it can also be something else entirely:
a canvas, a playground, a space for storytelling, artistry, and expression.
When you treat content as creative expression instead of a chore, something shifts. The pressure dissolves. The energy lightens. The work becomes fun again.
That’s exactly what happened when we created our Narrator Video.
Why We Chose the Narrator Trend
We didn’t want to make a typical “founder intro” video.
We wanted something different, something that showed our essence without forcing me into a stiff talking-head moment.
One of our designers pitched the idea early:
“Let’s do the Narrator Trend.”
Instantly, it clicked.
It felt playful.
It felt cinematic.
It felt like us.
At Creative Muse, we are all about multidimensional expression.
Soul. Style. Story. Energy.
This trend captured that.
The Creative Muse Process
(AKA How We Made the Whole Thing in 10 Days)
We kept it simple, collaborative, and intuitive — exactly how we create for our clients.
Here’s the real behind-the-scenes:
1. Trend Spotting
Our designer saw the trend and brought it to the team.
This is where creativity starts: the spark.
2. Scriptwriting
One team member drafted the script, weaving together our ethos, personality, and existing footage.
They pulled all the clips we already had and organized them into a loose story arc.
3. Shot List + What’s Missing
Another team member looked at the footage and said,
“Okay, what do we not have yet?”
They created a list of missing shots, wrote the lines I needed to say, and guided what to film next — down to the vibe, angle, and energy.
4. Editing + Voiceover
I jumped in to refine the script, polish the tone, and record the actual narration.
Then the team stitched it all together:
editing, color, timing, pacing, transitions — all aligned with the heart of Creative Muse Studios.
5. Creative Direction
This is my favorite part.
I oversaw the flow, refined the story, and made sure every frame felt like embodiment, not performance.
All in all, we created the entire video in about 10 days (okay fine, maybe closer to two weeks — but we moved like a dream team).
The Results (And Why This Video Worked)
This wasn’t just a cute trend-following moment.
It became our most successful post ever:
- 5,000+ views
- 150 new followers
- New paying clients who found us because of this video
But the best part?
People told us it felt like us.
It had heart.
It had personality.
It had the Creative Muse fingerprint all over it.
That’s the power of aligned storytelling.
Why This Kind of Storytelling Resonates
People don’t just want to see what you do.
They want to feel who you are.
The Narrator Video worked because it wasn’t forced.
It wasn’t perfection.
It wasn’t a performance.
It was:
- collaborative
- authentic
- multidimensional
- creatively directed
- and most importantly… fun
When you create from joy, your audience feels it.
When you create from alignment, your energy becomes the magnet.
When you tell your story your way, people actually listen.
A New Way to Think About Social Media
Social media doesn’t have to be exhausting.
It doesn’t have to feel like self-promotion.
It doesn’t have to drain your spirit or your creativity.
It can be something else entirely:
A space to play.
A space to express.
A space to create from the soul.
When you approach visibility with intention and joy,
you’re not just posting content, you’re telling a story that feels true to you.
And that’s where the magic lives.
